Terms and conditions
1. Trial Duration
The free trial is valid for 30 days from the agreed start date.
It includes access for 1 location and 2 users unless otherwise specified.
At the end of the trial period, access will automatically expire unless a paid subscription is activated.
2. Trial Limitations
The trial is for evaluation purposes only and does not include full implementation support or custom integrations.
Features may be limited compared to paid versions, and access to certain functionalities may be restricted.
We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or full customer support during the trial period.
3. Data Usage & Privacy
Users may input sample or real data during the trial, but we recommend using non-sensitive or test data.
Any data entered during the trial remains the property of the user and will not be shared or sold.
Trial data may be retained for a limited period after the trial ends unless deleted by the user or upon request.
If a user transitions to a paid plan, trial data may be carried over where applicable.
4. Cancellation & Expiry
The trial will automatically expire after 30 days unless upgraded to a paid plan.
Users can cancel their trial at any time by notifying us in writing.
It’s the responsibility of the user to delete any data before the end of 30 days or data will be deleted by Climate Zero at our discretion.
Upon expiration, access to the platform will be revoked, and data may be deleted unless the user upgrades to a paid plan.
5. General Terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial at any time without notice.
Misuse of the trial, including attempts to bypass limitations, may result in early termination.
To activate the account in most circumstances a demonstration will be conducted via video call prior to access being granted.
